Changes and Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order for any reason before it ships, please contact customer service within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Online Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Soppee. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging.
We are currently not accepting:
• Returns received more than 30 days after the date of shipment
• Yoga mats, bras, and body suits due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges:
We can exchange your items for another size, color, or style. If the item requested is in stock, we will ask you to return your original order and charge the shipping for the item. If the item you wish to exchange with is no longer in stock, we will notify you, and a refund will be issued.
Please note that Soppee is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges unless we send you the wrong item or an item is found to be damaged.
Refund process:
We will process your return/exchange within 5-7 business days after it is received in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email from us to confirm the processing of your return or exchange.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
